About the Institute
The 404 Institute was established to provide an open forum where members could
exchange ideas and share knowledge with regard to Sarbanes-Oxley section 404
compliance.
Now, as our members move beyond compliance issues, the 404 Institute is
expanding its mission to help our members address other financial management
issues in addition to section 404 compliance. Among the range of issues we will
be covering are:
